Step-by-step advice for creating an account, preparing audio and artwork, submitting for review, and understanding what happens after you upload.
MusicBox welcomes original music from artists and authorised contributors. Before you upload, create an account on the Profile page and confirm your email. Verified accounts help us keep the platform accountable and reduce spam.
Prepare a clear audio file within the site’s size limits, plus cover art that you own or are licensed to use. Write an honest title, artist name, and short description. Tags and genre details help listeners find your work in browse and related sections.
Only upload tracks you own or have permission to distribute. If you are uploading on behalf of an artist, keep written permission on file. Do not upload leaked albums, ripped commercial releases, or instrumentals you do not control.
After you submit, the track enters review. Site administrators may approve, reject, or request changes. Approved songs can appear in recent lists and may be featured later. Rejection usually means rights concerns, incomplete metadata, or policy issues — fix the problem and resubmit if invited.
Once live, share your MusicBox post link on social media and in your bio. Encourage streams and downloads from the official page rather than unofficial file dumps. Questions about uploads? Contact contact@musicboxzm.com with the song title and your account email.
