You must not use MusicBox to distribute malware, spam, or content that violates applicable law.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or upload infringing content.
Uploads & content
By uploading, you confirm you own or control the rights to the music and artwork you submit, and you grant MusicBox a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and stream that content on the platform.
We may review, reject, or remove uploads at our discretion.
Do not upload content that is illegal, hateful, misleading, sexually exploitative, or that infringes third-party rights — including commercial music you do not control.
Copyright complaints
If you believe material on MusicBox infringes your copyright, email legal@musicboxzm.com with: (1) the URL of the material, (2) a description of the copyrighted work, (3) your contact details, and (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised.
We will review notices and remove or restrict content when appropriate. Repeat infringers may lose upload privileges or account access.
Intellectual property
MusicBox branding, site design, and original editorial content belong to MusicBox or its licensors. Artist names, recordings, and artwork remain the property of their respective owners.
Advertising
The site may display third-party advertisements. Ad partners are responsible for their own creatives; report abusive ads to us when possible and use vendor opt-out tools described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MusicBox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Changes
