MusicBox editorial standards: what we publish and why

How our News section works, what counts as useful editorial content, and how corrections or concerns can be raised.

MusicBox News exists to support listeners and artists with clear, original writing. We publish platform guides, rights explainers, culture overviews, and site updates. We do not publish scraped articles, keyword-stuffed pages, or misleading clickbait designed only to host ads.

Stories should help someone do something: find music, upload correctly, understand copyright, or learn how a MusicBox feature works. When we write about culture, we aim for accurate general context rather than inventing breaking news about private individuals.

Advertising may appear on MusicBox pages, including News, through Google AdSense after cookie consent. Ads never rewrite our editorial conclusions. Sponsored placements, if introduced later, will be labelled separately from standard editorial posts.

If you spot a factual error in an article, email contact@musicboxzm.com with the story link and the correction. For copyright issues involving music files, use legal@musicboxzm.com as described in our Privacy Policy and Terms.

A healthy News section also strengthens the whole site: crawlers and people both find substantial text, internal links to Artists and Music browse pages, and a reason to return between releases. That is the standard we hold ourselves to.
